I <3 NY

It is spring break, Barefoot Landing has fireworks scheduled, and there are lots of New Yorkers in town. This means it is going to be a great night! I arrive on time, and start to setup my stuff ...

... when out of the blue from no where this massive dark cloud arrives ... on the phone with my girlfriend, I explain that we hafta make a mad dash to the truck because it is about to turn into Kansas here! I grabbed anything I didn't want to get wet and took off, but the rain caught me. I was drenched from head to toe!

But I wasn't about to let a thunderstorm end the night; I laid low for an hour till it passed, then hit the boards to try again ... and sure enough, it was STILL a great night! Even with the rain, it was still the best night of the spring season so far - both crowd wise and tip wise! See, everyone in Myrtle Beach loves it when New Yorkers come to town, their cost of living is higher than ours thus they generally over tip. Who wouldn't love that!?! And as an added bonus, they love magic as well! Ya'all come back now ... ya'hear?
